By creating an account or using aividmaker, you confirm that:

2. Description of Service

aividmaker is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to:

  • Convert images to videos
  • Generate videos from text descriptions
  • Create videos using reference materials
  • Access various AI video models

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

We offer subscription plans and credit packages. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Creem. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service.

4.3 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to subscription benefits until the period ends

4.4 Refund Policy

Subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period

Credit Packages:

  • Credit purchases are non-refundable
  • Credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase

Exceptions:

If technical issues on our end prevent you from using the Service entirely, contact us at support@aividmaker.com for case-by-case resolution.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your content to provide the Service
  • Store your content temporarily (up to 7 days)
  • Generate AI videos based on your content

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains illegal material
  • Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence
  • Impersonates others without consent

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

5.4 Data Retention

  • User-uploaded content is automatically deleted after 7 days
  • Generated videos are automatically deleted after 7 days
  • You are responsible for downloading and saving content you wish to keep

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by aividmaker and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated videos created from your content, subject to:

  • Compliance with these Terms
  • Rights of any third parties whose content you used as input

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our technology
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will meet your expectations
  • Results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for content generated by AI models

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aividmaker from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload or generate

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing with reasonable notice
  • Update these Terms as needed

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
