Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of aividmaker (the "Service") and supplements our Terms of Service. It applies to every prompt you submit and every image or video you generate or upload. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP. We may update it from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.

1. Prohibited Prompts and Outputs

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute any content that falls into the categories below. This applies to text prompts, uploaded images or videos, and AI-generated outputs.

1.1 Sexual and Adult Content (NSFW)

  • Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit or suggestive material of any kind
  • Content that sexualizes the human body for the purpose of sexual gratification
  • Fetish, escort, or other adult-services content

1.2 Child Safety

  • Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor — this is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities
  • Content that endangers or exploits children in any way

1.3 Deepfakes and Real People

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or sexualized depictions of real, identifiable individuals
  • Deepfakes, face swaps, or face/body manipulations of real people (including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals) created without their explicit consent
  • Content that impersonates a real person in a misleading, defamatory, or harmful way

1.4 Hateful, Harassing, and Violent Content

  • Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, denigration, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats targeting any individual
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies self-harm or cruelty

1.5 Illegal and Harmful Activity

  • Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity
  • Promotion of terrorism, extremism, or the manufacture of weapons or illegal drugs
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or other deceptive practices
  • Malware, spyware, or other harmful code

1.6 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
  • Unauthorized use of brands, logos, or copyrighted characters in a way that violates the rights of the owner

1.7 Misinformation and Deception

  • Content designed to deceive, such as fake news, fabricated events, or manipulated media presented as real
  • Content intended to interfere with elections or democratic processes

2. Content Moderation

To keep the Service safe and compliant, we use automated content moderation on all prompt-based generation. Prompts and outputs are screened, and requests that violate this AUP are blocked. We may also review content manually when necessary. Attempting to circumvent, disable, or trick these moderation controls is itself a violation of this AUP.

3. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Removal or blocking of the offending content
  • Suspension or permanent termination of your account
  • Forfeiture of remaining credits
  • Reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where required by law

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@aividmaker.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
